Stilt Walkers

Entertainment That Rises Above the Crowd

Stilt Walkers create visibility before a guest reaches the entertainment area. Their height, movement and costuming can animate an entrance, circulate through a festival or draw attention to scheduled moments. Costuming and performance style can be coordinated with the event theme, route and audience. A well-timed roaming appearance can also direct attention toward an entrance, sponsor area or upcoming performance without relying on another announcement.

BYB coordinates the route, appearance windows, surface conditions, overhead clearance, crowd spacing and performer breaks. The stilt walkers can move where their scale has the greatest effect while remaining clear of dense queues and low structures.

Where It Fits in the Event

For festivals, company picnics, schools and large community events, Stilt Walkers can fill a distinct role in the event. BYB’s live event entertainment offer complementary choices, while carnival-themed events can guide the broader program.
