Reading Roundup

Reading Roundup is a 45-minute educational show built around books and reading, with interactive elements that may include a treasure hunt and magic. The performance gives students a shared literacy experience that feels more like an event than an ordinary classroom reminder.

At schools, libraries, camps and literacy programs, Reading Roundup can become part of a more complete experience. It brings a human, interactive element to the event and gives guests another reason to stay engaged. It can also be paired with other live event entertainment when the literacy program includes more than one scheduled experience.

Our team will coordinate seating, sightlines, sound and participation around the school audience and the current show format. We can also help build the program around the 45-minute performance with book activities, character appearances or other literacy experiences.

The show can anchor a literacy day with book activities, character appearances or other educational experiences extending the theme. BYB can also look at the schedule and nearby activities with you so Reading Roundup receives attention without competing with another important moment.

The cost of Reading Roundup is shaped by the event date, location, show length, audience size, grade range, seating, sound needs and the planned participation format. BYB can review those details with you and account for the rest of the event package before pricing is finalized. That way, the quote is based on your actual plan rather than a one-size-fits-all estimate. You can begin when you request pricing and availability.

BYB Event Services regularly brings Reading Roundup to events throughout Kentucky and neighboring states. Depending on the event size and the complete package, it may also travel into a wider service area. Sharing the venue, date and expected attendance gives our team a helpful starting point for checking availability.
