Wax Hands

Create a Hand-Shaped Keepsake at the Event

Wax Hands guides a guest through creating a dimensional wax cast of their own hand pose. The process is unusual enough to attract attention, and the finished piece becomes a keepsake rather than a generic giveaway. It works best as a featured novelty station with a managed line and clear explanation of the process.

BYB provides trained operation for Wax Hands and coordinates temperature control, sanitation, participant requirements, workspace protection, cooling and packaging. Throughput expectations are built into the plan, with another activity added when attendance would exceed the station’s practical capacity.

Where It Fits in the Event

The clearest uses for Wax Hands include colleges, schools, company events and novelty activity areas. It can be developed with related live event entertainment or incorporated into the broader approach outlined in BYB’s campus event ideas resources.
